EyeQ trains the vision, reaction and focus your sport runs on.

About 10 min · every day
  • One sign-in. One account for your body and your eyes.

  • One profile. Your readiness and your climb sit side by side, so each half knows the other.

  • One streak, one XP. Days you check in and days you train all count toward the same progress.

AtlethIQ · by Spinor Labs

Highlight what matters.

AtlethIQ reads your wearables overnight and gives you one Call each morning: how hard to go today, on five levels built from your own last 90 days. One highlight, with its working shown.

The highlighter

One line that matters

Your data is a page full of words.

Heart rate, HRV, sleep, load. A dozen metrics, all talking at once. AtlethIQ reads the whole page and marks the single line worth acting on.

Performance isn't always textbook. Some mornings the plan says intervals and your body says otherwise. The Call tells you which one to listen to.

Five levels

Ranked against your own mornings
  1. 5 Go hard

Your best mornings. Put real work in.

  2. 4 Build up

Good to train. Push the plan a little.

  3. 3 Hold

    Run the plan as written.

  4. 2 Ease off

    Keep it light today.

  5. 1 Back off

    Recover. Tomorrow will thank you.

Each level comes up about one day in five, because it's ranked against your own last 90 mornings, not anyone else's.

On a year of my own WHOOP data, I trained about the same whatever my readiness. Every day was a Hold day. That's what the five levels are for.

  • Back off and Ease off: cap the day at 8 and 10. I went over on 79% of Back off days.
  • Build up and Go hard: spend it, 12–18. I stayed under on 78% of Go hard days.
  • Same week, better order: move the hard session to a green morning instead of adding one.

The Perch

A daily game at every destination

In Vision, Memory, Anticipation and Hand-Eye, every destination has its own Perch: a daily game you play against your Flock.

  1. Beat 1

    A Flock of 30

Each day you play the destination's game alongside a Flock of up to 30 athletes. Three ranked tries a day.

  2. Beat 2

    Three seats

The top three scores hold the seats. Anyone in the Flock can knock you off.

  3. Beat 3

    XP while you hold it

Hold a seat and bank XP for as long as you keep it: 6× for first, 3× for second, 2× for third. Seats pay from 07:00 to 22:00 IST, once five in your Flock have played.

No rankings where they don't belong. Recovery has the Campfire, a count of athletes checking in tonight. Visualization has the Trail count, a count of athletes practising today. Your streaks there stay private.
